Dinner 11/7/2011


I didn't eat all this, but some over rice. I get the idea that if I have to picture everything I eat...I might be aware and not eat as much without thinking.

Whole Foods! I am forgetting to take pictures of all the litle things I am eating throughout the day. I guess that that is the point. We eat so much that we don't note. Being aware of what goes in my mouth is important.

Dinner 11/5/2011


Koriente for dinner. sweet potato noodles with vegetables and avocado. Was filling. free miso soup but Jeff ate the tofu. Tummy was hurting from previous pumpkin pie with soy?? Must investigate miso.

Lunch 11/5/2011


Mr. Natural on Lamar. veggie enchilada, black beans, brown rice, carrot, coconut, and raisin salad with pineapple. Not pictured: vegan pumpkin pie. Enjoyable lunch, but I think the pie had soy milk and my tummy hurt all day.
